About how I expected. Working on longer-range forecasts for 2008-2010 - very interesting climate for the world, and for North America.
For this season, at least for the east, the "weenies" as they like to call themselves, will have a post New Years' Eve winter storm that should quiet the ones that haven't received snow yet in the east. I'm quite concerned about the Upper Midwest, Great Lakes, with the transits just ahead. Another windstorm is on the way for that part of the country, plus the precipitation ~ will be quite messy starting about Dec. 31, and continuing into the east through January 6.
