Spring has Arrived.
That warm March sun is shinning. Flowers are in bloom in the south. Not much of a winter 4.5 inches of snow ˝ inch of ice and lots of rain in NW NC.
Would issue a summer forecast but its too simple. Getting hot in June, hotter in July, August just plain sux. That forecast is for the entire US except NW and NE, Ol’yea, scattered afternoon and evening thunderstorms.
