0.3 Inches Of Snow Has Fallen At Chicago O'hare This
Morning...breaking The Record Of The Earliest Measurable Snowfall In
Chicago's History Dating Back To 1871. The Previous Record Was
October 18th In 1972 And 1989 When 0.2 And 0.7 Inches Fell.

Also...0.5 Inches Of Snow Fell In Dekalb Which...dating Back To
1895...is The Record For The Earliest Measurable Snowfall In Its
History.
