Leap Day(February 29, 2008) Clipper System (GREAT LAKES AND NORTHEAST POST HERE!!!)
with a clipper system moving in through the upper Midwest and great lakes there is the potential for some moderate to heavy snows over the Northeast.Below is a snowfall map i created based on the National Weather Service projected snow totals.
