Another active hurricane season?

Although there have been several reports in the news lately that this year could be another very active hurricane season. None of them seem to have legitimate , scientific proof behind them. Here are some of the articles:

We need to wait for some of the other Big Dog's out there to issue their predictions. Anyone hear from William Gray yet?
