As of now my location has gotten 1.01" of rain from the big offshore storm. Some isolated reports of better than 2" along the coast are showing up. Winds and waves are down, but the rain keeps pinwheeling in.

It's looking like the persistent high to our north will surpress the next coastal development to our south at least through the daylight hours of Tuesday. In addition, dewpoints are quite low,(running in the high 20s now) which will dry any precip until the current airmass becomes more saturated. Even with the 1.10" earlier in the week, conditions are still very dry.

Here we are again.........another pesky ocean storm moving east to west. This location has gotten .54" so far with the temperature holding at 48°. Ahhh, Spring in New England.....you gotta love it!
