Default The Stars and Planets

Using the star and planets, we are being affected by their motions in our weather, since the Dawn of Man. Mr. Gore's movie is a sham! He doesn't know what he is talking about. Scientist have gone the extra mile to downplay his madness. They are the only ones who know, but there is always going to be questions, for Mother Nature is moody, and you can't do a thing about it. What it is, is what it is.

I have lived along time now, and each Summer, Spring, Autumn, and Winter has been the same, or close to the same since 1948. Some times more Snow then you have ever known. Remember walking in blizzards where at the end of the day, was a foot of snow on the ground, and no one used to pick me up from school, for no car could, unless you followed a snowplow. People now-a-days are wimps, so scared of their own shadows. They think that everything is going wrong with the weather, etc., when it is Nature's way of doing things, and you will not be able to change her, and if you do, we will all perish.

You have to be humbled by the beauty and beast of Nature and learn to live with it. TOUGHEN UP, INSTEAD OF COMPLAINING ABOUT IT.

Hello Country..

hmmm.. Interesting post.

I almost deleted it because it seemed a bit spammish. But I see you are very strong on your point and your entitled to your own opinion.

Just be careful with the

stuff. As we are all a community here expressing our own feelings without the feelings of anger towards one another.

Enjoy your stay,

Have you been impressed by the writings of Doctor Irving Krick?

Default Stars and Planets

Martin,
I'm sorry about that, but I get so irked at people who think that nothing else in the Universe affects the Earth, except people.

The full moon affects us all, so does the sun, why not the stars that are dying and the planets figurations.

Steve,
I don't know who Dr. Erving Krick is? All I know is that I love science and its mysteries. I have been interested since High School many moons ago. Space has always interested me, and the Polar changes. What if the polar changes is affecting the Earth right now, who is to say it isn't affecting the Earth in ways, we haven't even studied yet.

Greenland was a tropical paradise, who is not to say that within a certain amount of centuries that it is changing back to what it used to be. Everyone is so afraid of the changes in life, that they don't see the beauty of it all.

I'm more afraid of Man, then of Nature. At least with Nature, you know what is coming, for she shows you up front and isn't deceitful. You can actually plan for her changes, and miracles on Earth.

Oh, and something exciting happened in my life, I saw a asteroid come down to earth. Saw the beauty and was amazed, that I was privileged to see such a sight occur in front of my eyes. That was afew years ago! I've seen alot in my life around Nature that gives me pause and humbled by it.

The late Doctor Irving Krick wrote about astrometeorology. Sun spot cycles, he argued, had a role in our weather and based long range forecasts on it. In addition, he was the architect of "major sunspot change dates" that argues that weather systems will be more intense within two dayes of those dates then what otherwise may appear. The next date is October 4, 2006. He was often at odds with the Weather Service who deemed him a fraud, possibly because he was taking away some of their research money.

I hope Martin doesn't consider this spamming, but there is an online book that will tell you more. I think, from what you have written so far, you would find this fascinating. Personally, I do not dismiss it, but do take it with a grain of salt.

Thank you. It is an unusual photo of a rainbow that goes through a rotating wall cloud that I took last May in Western Illinois. It was taken on my annual storm chasing trip. If you look at the other picture in my profile, it was taken on my previous storm chasing trip near New Ulm, Minnesota. If there are any seats available, I plan on posting in this forum, asking anyone if they may be interested in going on my next chase which will be May 2007.

Of course it would help if I actually provided you with the link.

Default Steve, Very interesting concept

Thank you for sharing it.

It's great to look at different perspectives & figure out they correlate with our own theory's.

It is more of a biography and how the weather bureau shunned him. Do not expect to find any "secrets" in there. The major sunspot change date I got from one of his associates.
