Larry Cosgrove comes out with his Winter Weather Outlook on Tuesday and will be on Weather Talk with Meteorologist Tony Pann from WUSA-TV 9 in Washington, D.C. and I at 8pm ET and also on Center of Circulation with Mike Moss and I at 9pm Tuesday night on IPR.

Weather Talk just migrated from AM 680 WCBM in Baltimore to IPR this past Tuesday. While our show is based around weather in the Mid-Atlantic, discussions can range from recent storms, current events, environmental issues, and weather folklore with live caller and instant message questions.
