Default Spring has Arrived.

That warm March sun is shinning. Flowers are in bloom in the south. Not much of a winter 4.5 inches of snow ½ inch of ice and lots of rain in NW NC.

Would issue a summer forecast but its too simple. Getting hot in June, hotter in July, August just plain sux. That forecast is for the entire US except NW and NE, Ol’yea, scattered afternoon and evening thunderstorms.

Glad to have you back in the saddle again;
are we done with winter here in the carolinas or do you think we have a shot later in the month with the models hinting at blocking to develop.

Who knows, I remember a couple of years ago it was 80 F and the next day It was 38 F and rain changing to snow. That was March 26.

I saw 4 inches of snow here April the 4th 1980. Who knows for sure, but I don’t see anything.

Global warming for what ever reason sux.

If I see anything I will post.
